Nucleoside triphosphate pyrophosphatase that hydrolyzes dTTP and UTP. Can also hydrolyze CTP and the modified nucleotides pseudo-UTP, 5-methyl-UTP (m5UTP) and 5-methyl-CTP (m5CTP).
