The tannic acid-azo fluorescent peach method uses two acid dyes to achieve differential staining. Azo fluorescent peach staining solution is one of the components of G3470-muscle fiber staining kit (Puchtler's method), which is used to distinguish muscle fibers from collagen fibers. It is clear contrast, not easy to fade, and can show myoepithelial cells. It can be used in the diagnosis of myoepithelial tumors such as breast and skin.
