Measurement Principle： Hydroxymethylglutaryl coenzyme A synthase catalyzes the formation of hydroxymethylglutaryl coenzyme A from acetyl coenzyme A and acetoacetyl coenzyme A. It also produces CoASH, which converts DTNB to TNB (yellow), with characteristic absorbance values at 412 nm.
