It is often used to observe the morphological changes of glomerular capillary basement membrane in inflammatory injury, such as rupture, proliferation, folding and so on.    After staining with the kit, the basement membrane of the glomerular capsule and the basement membrane of the capillary bulb appear black, with a green background.
