Measurement Principle： HK catalyzes the synthesis of glucose to 6-phosphate glucose, and 6-phosphate glucose dehydrogenase further catalyzes the dehydrogenation of 6-phosphate glucose to NADPH, which has a characteristic absorption peak at 340 nm.
