Usually different purposes can be diluted with the following buffer solution, pay attention to complete defreezing, fully mixed. Before use, it is best to remove cold polymeric globulin and denatured protein by low temperature and high speed centrifugation, and re-quantification. Gold labeling: Diluted with pH9.0 boric acid buffer, 1~2mg/ml labeling. HRP labeling: diluted with 0.01mol/L pH9.0, CB or coated solution CB, labeled with 6~8mg/ml Fluorescent labeling: Diluted with 0.5mol/L pH9.5 and CB(carbonate buffer), labeled with 10~20 mg/ml. Biotin antibody: diluted with 0.1mol/L NaHCO3 and labeled with 1-2mg /ml. Other methods, such as immunodiffusion, can be diluted with 0.01mol/L pH7.2 PBS, and ELISA packets are treated with 10-20 μg/ml overnight at 4℃ or 37℃ for 2h.
