This modified method omits this step, so that the retin fiber contrast is more clear. The reticular fiber staining solution (modified Gomori silver ammonia method) mainly goes through oxidation, bleaching, mordyeing, silver immersion and reduction steps. It is often used to identify the nature and origin of tumors, carcinoma and sarcoma, lymphosarcoma and reticulocyte sarcoma, hemangioendothelioma and hemangiopericytoma, Ewing's tumor of bone and reticulocyte sarcoma of bone, meningioma and astrocytoma, malignant schwannoma and early invasive carcinoma.
