fluorescence Spectrum: Ex/Em: 528/782 nm (MeOH) Product Introduction: styryl dye RH237 is a rapid response potential probe, which is mainly used for functional imaging of neurons. It is also used to monitor cell membrane potential, synaptic activity and neuronal ion channel activity. Styroyl dyes typically have absorption or excitation spectra with a blue shift of 20 nm and emission spectra with a blue shift of 80 nm. Precaution: 1. All fluorescent dyes have quenching problems, please try to avoid light to slow down the fluorescence quenching. 2. For your safety and health, please wear a laboratory coat and wear disposable gloves to operate. Note: Product information may be optimized and upgraded. Please refer to the actual label information for accuracy.
