The decarboxylation of acetylformic acid forms hydroxyethyl-TPP, links glycolysis to the three carboxylic acid cycle. Measurement Principle： PDH catalyzes the dehydrogenation of acetylformic acid and reduct 2, 6-dichlorophenol indophenol (2,6-DCPIP), which makes the absorption of 605 nm decrease.
